1. What is Creative Toolbox?
Creative toolbox is a site that caters for the needs of digital creatives. It aims to merge the divide between printed magazines and websites - offering constantly updated content and a new issue each month. You will be notified by email when the new issue is online. Users can store any of the content in their own personal toolbox, which will automatically be saved when they log off.

Registration
1. Why do I need to register?
Registration provides access to your own personal toolbox, the ability to post messages in the forum and monthly emails informing you when the latest issue is available.
2. Is registration free?
Creative toolbox has only recently been launched. We are running it free for the time being to establish a user base and monitor feedback from users. It may be necessary to charge users in the future but you will be notified in advance by email if this is the case.
3. How do I register?
To register make sure no user is logged in and click the registration link in either the toolbox or the header at the top of the page.
4. How do I unsubscribe?
If you no longer wish to be a member of Creative Toolbox please send an email request to: unsubscribe@creativetoolbox.net from the email account that you registered with.
My Toolbox
1. What is the toolbox?
The toolbox gives you the ability to store any of the content on the site in your own personal area - this way you can easily refer back to it at a later date.
2. How do I add an item to my toolbox?
In order to add an item to your toolbox you will first need to register. A link will then become available on each page giving you the option to add the respective content to your toolbox
3. I cannot add any more items to my toolbox
There is no limit to the amount of items you can add to your toolbox, but only the latest few in each section will be displayed. To view the full toolbox either click on the toolbox icon in the header of the mini-toolbox or the link in the main header.
4. How do I remove items from my toolbox?
To remove an item from your toolbox visit your full toolbox (see above) where you can easily manage it's content.
Problems
1. I have registered but I can't log in
If you are unable to login, check that your browser can accept cookies. If you are still having problems please contact: support@creativetoolbox.net
2. I've forgotten my login information, what should I do?
If you've forgotten your login information please send an email request to: support@creativetoolbox.net from the email account that you registered with.
